Paul’s strengths are his excellent communication skills, constant motivation and persistence when selling or managing a property. Paul spent over a hour (on two occasions) letting us Facetime the property (as we were in lockdown and unable to visit) so that we could ensure it was the right purchase for us.
Prior to this Paul had economically managed the update of the property (i.e. electrical, painting, solar hot water replacement, planting of garden etc) to ensure that it was ready for sale. The leasing was handled quickly, efficiently and seamlessly. With Paul’s assistance we were able to choose an excellent tenant from a choice of 14 and there was only a day between settlement and the tenants moving in. He also handled any additional maintenance (e.g. new keys, gates, personal spraying of bindis in grass etc) and extensively cleaned the property before it was tenanted.
